Job Description WSBT/ESBT, the CBS/FOX duopoly affiliate in South Bend-Mishawaka, IN., is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and experienced part-time Co-Host for our live lifestyle show, HomeTown Living. HomeTown Living is a live talk show that combines paid segments along with entertainment, community and lifestyle segments. The live show airs Monday through Friday 9 am to 10 am every week. The ideal Co-Host will produce and conduct live and taped paid and non-paid interviews, segments and packages, go live in the field, participate in product demonstrations, produce segments in the studio and in the field. You will be expected to produce daily content on a variety of platforms including the internet, social networking sites and mobile phones, in addition to television. Local Sales Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Description POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a Marketing Sales Manager who will provide leadership by executing sales strategies and plans to achieve local sales goals, developing and supporting a successful cross-platform sales and marketing team to effectively deliver results, building and maintaining client relationships and managing sales operations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead client development activities and retention efforts to increase net promoter score and promote Sinclair as the partner of choice in the community for all local marketing needs. Deliver weekly revenue forecasts for digital and broadcast for current month +2 and be within +/- 2% in accuracy from the beginning to end of each month. Create action plans utilizing sales reports and analytics, use the data to inform smart business decisions, and give the sales team the guidance that they need to address issues that are within their direct control to improve results. Take ownership of ongoing talent development for local team after ensuring a positive onboarding experience and effective knowledge transfer of information required to successfully launch a new team member. Monitor active campaigns and use performance dashboards in regular sales meetings to ensure that team members are maximizing revenue potential for their clients and adjusting strategies as needed.
