Job Description We are looking for a Marketing Sales Manager who will provide leadership by executing sales strategies and plans to achieve local sales goals, developing and supporting a successful cross-platform sales and marketing team to effectively deliver results, building and maintaining client relationships and managing sales operations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead client development activities and retention efforts to increase net promoter score and promote Sinclair as the partner of choice in the community for all local marketing needs. Deliver weekly revenue forecasts for digital and broadcast for current month +2 and be within +/- 2% in accuracy from the beginning to end of each month. Support revenue-generating activities and participate in sales calls and client meetings, observe interactions between clients and sales team members, and provide timely and effective feedback and/or initiate impactful coaching conversations utilizing observations. Display product expertise and exhibit mastery of sales tools and systems and hold sales team accountable for developing their knowledge and skillset to do the same. Create action plans utilizing sales reports and analytics, use the data to inform smart business decisions, and give the sales team the guidance that they need to address issues that are within their direct control to improve results. Take ownership of ongoing talent development for local team after ensuring a positive onboarding experience and effective knowledge transfer of information required to successfully launch a new team member. Monitor active campaigns and use performance dashboards in regular sales meetings to ensure that team members are maximizing revenue potential for their clients and adjusting strategies as needed. Show creativity and business development thought leadership to inspire new ways of growing account lists, creating and nurturing pipelines of potential business, and increasing the spending of existing business. Marketing Sales Manager

Job Description KTUL is looking for a strong Director of Sales to help guide our sales efforts. This position requires an individual who possesses strong leadership skills who can direct a local sales team in selling new business and creating revenue streams through a multi-screen integrated approach. The candidate must have a successful track record in sales management, staff recruitment and developmental skills as well as strong leadership capabilities. In this position you will: 
<ul>
<li>Develop a high performing sales team that meets or exceeds revenue goals by driving client results through creative marketing solutions.</li>
<li>Develop sales strategies, plans and alignment in support of revenue goals.</li>
<li>Achieve client results, satisfaction and retention.</li>
<li>Effectively manage sales operations including inventory, OSI, SELL, Cognos and others as determined by the General Manager.</li>
<li>Achieve strong performance of Local, Regional and National accounts.</li>
<li>Manage and control sales revenue by developing strong relationships with local clients</li>
<li>Other responsibilities as assigned.</li>

Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>3-5 years' experience in TV sales management</li>
<li>Hands on TV advertising sales and operational background is a must</li>
<li>Ability to meet revenue budgets via digital interactive and other approaches</li>
<li>Strong and positive leadership skills</li>
<li>Highly skilled leader, negotiator and motivator</li>
<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li>
<li>Proficiency using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OSI is preferred</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record</li>
</ul>
