Job Description This Vice President will direct, manage and oversee the Sinclair Media Network Ad Sales Group. They will report directly into our Senior Vice President of Network Sales and Development. They will be responsible for generating revenue in the network television marketplace by aggregating and selling the total cumulative audience of the Sinclair national footprint of 185 television stations in 86 markets combined with our partner stations in top non-Sinclair markets. They will also be responsible for developing a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed the company's revenue goals. Specific Duties/Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Hire, train and manage team of Directors, Account Managers, Planners, Researchers and assistants </li>
<li>Represent all Sinclair Platforms to National Advertising Agencies and Blue-Chip Clients; </li>
<li>Maximize sales and revenue growth in all platforms across Sinclair while collaborating with the company's various platforms (Sinclair Audience Network, 24/7 News Network, Original Programming Network, Sports Networks, Tennis, Streaming/Digital etc.) </li>
<li>Allocate and manage dedicated network inventory within specified dayparts for sale in the network universe; </li>
<li>Develop and build sophisticated pricing models to efficiently monetize the network units. </li>
<li>Utilize ratings information from Nielsen to position the Sinclair Audience Network favorably against both broadcast and cable networks; incorporate advanced data to enhance the NTI information. </li>
<li>Create presentations and sales decks that showcase the reach and benefits of Sinclair network platforms. </li>
<li>Oversee media acquisition team that works with our partners in non-Sinclair markets </li>
<li>Develop sales and research materials utilizing Sinclair resources </li>
</ul>
 Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Sales Leader in the broadcast network space. </li>
<li>Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals. Strong closing skills.</li>
<li>Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards success.</li>
<li>Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze market trends and capitalize on opportunities.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, stakeholders, and team members.</li>
<li>Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.</li>
<li>Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role.</li>
<li>Minimum of 10 years managing direct reports, preferably outside sales.</li>

The base salary compensation range for this role is $220,000 to $250,000. This position is bonus eligible based upon performance. VP, Network Ad Sales of Sinclair Media Networks

Job Description Sinclair Sports Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ad Sales Programmatic Specialist who possesses a strong passion for sports. The ideal candidate will assist in setting up programmatic advertising deals across all Sinclair Sports platforms, including Tennis Channel and T2, as well as our emerging sports podcast division. The Ad Sales Operations Specialist will create, analyze, and communicate programmatic sales proposals for the Sales team, facilitating effective presentations to advertising agencies and clients. This role requires collaboration across various media platforms and departments to develop proposals, execute campaigns, and manage programmatic deal setups and pacing. The Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact post-sale for agency and interacting with our Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs). This position is hybrid in our NYC office. Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Develop Ad Sales media plans based on the Pricing and Planning team's directives for all programmatic guaranteed and Private Marketplace (PMP) deals.</li>
<li>Technical trouble shooting.</li>
<li>The specialist is responsible for setting up deal ID's with SSP partners and ensuring deal are correctly flowing impressions from advertisers DSP partners.</li>
<li>Pulling data from SSP partners user interface on an as needed basis.</li>
<li>Assist in pricing negotiations between the Pricing &amp; Planning team and agencies for both upfront and scatter buys.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Inventory Management to optimize revenue based on market conditions, inventory availability, and sports schedules.</li>
<li>Deal maintenance for all programmatic campaigns. </li>
<li>Review all programmatic deal terms to ensure alignment with approved media plans.</li>
<li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency contacts.</li>
<li>Execute programmatic deals, monitor campaign delivery, and implement optimizations as necessary.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2+ years of experience in an agency or network environment.</li>
<li>Critical thinking and analysis</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic sales environment.</li>
<li>A strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, Magnite, Freewheel, and Operative AOS is a plus. </li>
